In the eyes of God, you are the same "most precious jewel of His".
A well-known speaker started off his public speech in a strange manner – by holding up a Rupee 1000 Note! Holding up the Note high in the air in one of his hands, he addressed the curious audience, "Who would like this Rupee 1000 Note?"
With great cheers almost all of them raised their hands with the shout, "I want it", "I want it”!! He said, "Oh! That’s nice. Well, I am going to give this Note to one of you... But, first let me do this." Then, he crumpled the Note in his hands vigorously & now showed the awkwardly wrinkled 1000 Rupee Note by holding up high in his hand. He then asked, "Who still wants it?"
The same hands went up in the air this time too.
"Well", he replied, "What if I do this?" and he dropped it on the ground and started to grind it into the floor with his shoe like a mad man. It seemed he is deriving great merriment in his unusual act. He picked it up, now all crumpled and dirty. It was so smudgy that no one could recognize it now as a 1000 Rupee Note. "Now who still wants it?" Strangely, now also, all the hands were up in the air with equal cheers & spirit.
Now he addressed his audience with great feeling. "My friends," said he, "You have all learned a very valuable lesson today. No matter what I did to this valuable Rupee Note, all of you still wanted it because it did not decrease in value. It was still worth the same - Rs.1000/-
Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled, and ground into the dirt of shame & insult by the decisions we make and the circumstances that come in our way. We feel as though we are worthless. But no matter what has happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value. In the eyes of God, you are the same "most precious jewel of His".

Each person views the world differently
When someone acts in a way that seems strange to you, rather than reacting in your usual way, such as, “I can’t believe they would do that,” instead say something to yourself like “I see, that must be the way she sees things in her world. Very interesting.”
When you are genuinely curious about the way someone reacts or the way they feel about something, it’s unlikely that you will be annoyed.
When you are interested in other perspectives, it doesn’t imply, even slightly, that you’re advocating it. It just means that there are many perspectives of looking at the same thing.
Each person views the world differently. Each person reacts and feels differently based on their beliefs, paradigms, upbringing, experiences, values etc.

Awesome and real truth/fact of life - Please review
Swami Vivekanand:- I can’t find free time. Life has become hectic.
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Activity gets you busy. But productivity gets you free.
Swami Vivekanand:- Why has life become complicated now?
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Stop analyzing life.. It makes it complicated. Just live it.
Swami Vivekanand:- Why are we then constantly unhappy?
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Worrying has become your habit. That’s why you are not happy.
Swami Vivekanand:- Why do good people always suffer?
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Diamond cannot be polished without friction. Gold cannot be purified without fire. Good people go through trials, but don’t suffer. With that experience their life becomes better, not bitter.
Swami Vivekanand:- You mean to say such experience is useful?
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Yes. In every term, Experience is a hard teacher. She gives the test first and the lessons afterwards.
Swami Vivekanand:- Because of so many problems, we don’t know where we are heading…
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- If you look outside you will not know where you are heading. Look inside. Eyes provide sight. Heart provides the way.
Swami Vivekanand:- Does failure hurt more than moving in the right direction?
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Success is a measure as decided by others. Satisfaction is a measure as decided by you.
Swami Vivekanand:- In tough times, how do you stay motivated?
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Always look at how far you have come rather than how far you have to go. Always count your blessing, not what you are missing.
Swami Vivekanand:- What surprises you about people?
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- When they suffer they ask, “why me?” When they prosper, they never ask “Why me?”
Swami Vivekanand:- How can I get the best out of life?
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- Face your past without regret. Handle your present with confidence. Prepare for the future without fear.
Swami Vivekanand:- One last question. Sometimes I feel my prayers are not answered.
Ramkrishna Paramahansa:- There are no unanswered prayers. Keep the faith and drop the fear. Life is a mystery to solve, not a problem to resolve. Trust me. Life is wonderful if you know how to live.

Respect yourself - You are also Unique - No one can Replace you!
-- A man went to Guru Nanak Sahib and asked, "What's the value of life?"
Gurunanak ji gave him one stone and said, "Find out the value of this stone, but don't sell it."
The man took the stone to an Orange Seller and asked him what its cost would be.
The Orange Seller saw the shiny stone and said, "You ca take 12 oranges and give me the stone."
The man apologized and said that the guru has asked him not to sell it.
He went ahead and found a vegetable seller. "What could be the value of this stone?" he asked the vegetable seller.
The seller saw the shiny stone and said, "Take one sack of potatoes and give me the stone."
The man again apologized and said he can't sell it.
Further ahead, he went into a jewelery shop and asked the value of the stone.
The jeweler saw the stone under a lens and said, "I'll give you 50 Lakhs for this stone." When the man shook his head, the jeweler said, "Alright, alright, take 2 crores, but give me the stone."
The man explained that he can't sell the stone.
Further ahead, the man saw a precious stone's shop and asked the seller the value of this stone.
When the precious stone's seller saw the big ruby, he lay down a red cloth and put the ruby on it.
Then he walked in circles around the ruby and bent down and touched his head in front of the ruby. "From where did you bring this priceless ruby from?" he asked. "Even if I sell the whole world, and my life, I won't be able to purchase this priceless stone.
Stunned and confused, the man returned to the guru and told him what had happened. "Now tell me what is the value of life, guru ji?"
Gurunanak said, "The answers you got from the Orange Seller, the Vegetable Seller, the Jeweler & the Precious Stone's Seller explain the value of our life... You may be a precious stone, even priceless, but people will value you based on their financial status, their level of information, their belief in you, their motive behind entertaining you, their ambition, and their risk taking ability. But don't fear, you will surely find someone who will discern your true value."
Respect yourself.
You are also Unique.
No one can Replace you!

Devotees Experiences - Shyamal Barooah - Bangalore,
Sharing his second experience - Shyamal Barooah - Bangalore
Anantakoti Brahmanda Nayak Rajadhiraj Yogiraj Parabrahmma
Sri Sachidananda Sadguru SaiNath Maharaj Ki Jai!
Dear devotees!
I, Shyamal Barooah would like to share my recent experiences took place while during visit to Shirdi on 15th and 16th August 2015.
1) In my earlier experiences mentioned about my gastric problem which I had been suffering since last 2 and half years! I was in annual vacation in May 2015 and spent nice time for one month is Assam and Bangalore with my family and came back in June first week to Nigeria. During the vacation we were blessed by Baba to visit Shirdi with the family – my wife and 2 daughters. At that time also I had little problem in my stomach and I took some Ayurvedic treatment in Bangalore. Still it did not help so much! It became severe and I was very uncomfortable and worried.…I thought that some serious thing has happened in my stomach.

One step closer to Brahmagyaan
Few disciples went to the master and told the master that they are all going for a pilgrimage trip. The Master asked them the purpose of this trip and the disciples said it is for “ Inner Purification”. The master immediately took out a Karela ( Bitter gourd) and handed over this to them . The disciples asked the master what is that they are supposed to do with the Karela. The master said carry this Karela with you , where ever you go and do Pooja , keep this Karela also in the pooja and do the pooja. The disciples took the karela with them and where ever they went kept the Karela in the pooja and brought it back.
After returning back from the trip , they met the master and offered back the Karela to the master. The master asked them to cook that karela and serve the same to him . They cooked the Karela and served the food the master . Master tasted the food and the karela and said it is still bitter. You took this to every temple and came back and it is still bitter. Disciples said it is the nature of the bitter gourd.
The Master smiled and the disciples understood the meaning.
The significance of this story to all of us is that basically if we have to change, our nature has to change . Simply going here or there is not going to help. It is important that the bottle has to be cleaned from inside. Outside everything can be adjusted or created. The inner nature has to change. The inner shift has to come and that is inner spiritualism and our Attitudes towards life, people , family, friends, community etc

Drop all negative references to your past
Sri Satchidananda Sadguru Sainath Maharaj ki Jai
One of the most severely limiting beliefs that many of us have is that the person we were yesterday is the person we have to be today. This belief keeps us tied to our past mistakes, habits, and limitations.
We somehow buy into the notion that if we weren’t successful yesterday, we certainly can’t be successful today or tomorrow.
If you can see how ridiculous and self-defeating this belief is, you can make an instant shift toward success. What prevents us from tapping into this potential is our own mental ties to the past. Letting go of your past is like taking a set of heavy chains from around your neck.
Our past has no power other than the power we give it. One of the most dynamic and significant changes you can make in your life is to make the commitment to drop all negative references to your past, to begin living now. The positive energy you create may shock you. New doors and opportunities will open.
As your past habits creep into your consciousness, simply acknowledge them and let them go.
Focus on what you can do today, right now in this moment.

Having a Best Friend
A story tells that two friends were walking through the desert. During some point of the journey they had an argument, and one friend slapped the other one in the face.
The one who got slapped was hurt, but without saying anything, wrote in the sand “Today my best friend slapped me in the face”.
They kept on walking until they found an oasis, where they decided to take a bath. The one who had been slapped got stuck in the mire and started drowning, but the friend saved him. After he recovered from the near drowning, he wrote on a stone “Today my best friend saved my life”.
The friend who had slapped and saved his best friend asked him, “After I hurt you, you wrote in the sand and now, you write on a stone, why?”
The other friend replied “When someone hurts us we should write it down in sand where winds of forgiveness can erase it away. But, when someone does something good for us, we must engrave it in stone where no wind can ever erase it.”
Moral: Always value who you have in your life.

Be grateful for what God has given you
How grateful would you say you are? Did you know that your gratitude level can directly affect your happiness? Now that may sound little strange.
Even financial experts agree that gratitude is a vital component for increasing wealth and success. This basic premise of gratitude is to acquire a more positive and receptive state of being. Here is how it actually works. You begin by being grateful for the smaller and more immediate things like having a place to live, food to eat, etc. By placing yourself in a positive frame of mind through gratitude, you open yourself to all the good things the universe has to offer.
That is when you can actually begin to attract good things to you. And as you become more comfortable with the positive things that basic gratitude brings, you will likely find yourself feeling grateful for even bigger things like being alive, learning hard lessons, your past mistakes, the freedom to make choices in life, and more. This type of gratitude catapults you even further along the path to a successful and happy life.
Once you reach the point where you remain in a constant state of gratitude, you will become a magnet that attracts the good things to you.
Take some time every day this week to note those things that you are grateful for, from the smallest to the biggest.

Expand your mind...
When someone says something hurtful or mistreat you, they do it out of stress and ignorance. They are hurt somewhere within and that is why they behave like that. Why are you trying to hurt yourself because of the wounds they carry within?
You need to expand your mind and see things from a broader perspective. - Sri Sri Ravi Shankar

In the absence of worry, answers will emerge.
Do not panic unnecessarily.
People panic about practically everything—missed deadlines, orders not received, comments by others, fear of mistakes, negative trends. You name it and someone has panicked about it. Yet I’ve never seen even a single instance where the panic actually helped to solve the problem. Instead, panic is neutral at best and greatly interferes at worst. Panic tends to bring out the worst in everyone. It makes others (and you) feel tense and fearful. It increases the likelihood of mistakes, missed opportunities and miscommunications.
Nothing interferes with the creation of success and abundance like panic. When you make the commitment to stop panicking, you’ll notice some incredible things happening. First, you’ll notice that a vast majority of what you are most worried about will never happen, or it won’t be as bad as you first thought. It was Benjamin Franklin who said, “Some terrible things happened in my lifetime – a few of which actually happened.”
By avoiding the panic, you won’t waste time, anxiety, and energy trying to solve what probably doesn’t need solving. Second, when you learn to keep your bearings, your wisdom will come forth. In the absence of worry, answers will emerge. Instead of a head full of concerns, you’ll create a head full of solutions. Finally, when you stay calm, you really do bring out the best in others. Many people react to the feelings of others. If you can maintain your bearings, chances are the people you work with will, too.
To bring forth your greatest potential, eliminate panic altogether from your thinking..

Surrender your mind completely to God.
Author : Ramya.H for SaibabaDaily.com
Our mind is a trickster. It conjures us and lures us into many unwanted and unnecessary thoughts and makes feel low and rejected. It diverts our concentration and leaves us confused. The reason mind masters us is all because of us. When we let the mind to wander, we allow it to become our master. When we make the mind as our master, it will turn our thoughts in different directions according to its wish. Once our mind takes control of us, we become completely surrendered to it and act according to what it says.
The only way to make your mind your slave is to stop it completely from thinking and generating thoughts. When the mind starts to think, it starts to draw comparisons about you and others. It makes us to compare our salary with that of others. In addition to this, it turns our basic needs into desires thus making us greedy and jealousy. Once our basic needs get fulfilled, it makes us to think of higher needs that are nothing but desires. We need to draw a line between needs and desires. This is completely impossible as long as our mind masters our thoughts.
To make the mind your slave, think of God alone. Do not allow your mind to think of anything else. Whenever your mind starts to wander on its own, bring it back to this world and control it by replacing the thoughts with God. Gradually, the mind will start to calm down on its own and also reduces generating unwanted thoughts. When the mind is at peace, we can realize the presence of God. A disturbed mind can never experience peace. To experience peace, always think and act on all the positive thoughts that enter you mind. Implementing a positive thought is a very difficult task as we need to sacrifice many things. But once we master the art of implementing positive ways, our mind gets surrendered to God completely. By encouraging positive thoughts in your mind, you invoke positive thoughts in the people around you. The environment around you will be filled with positive and divine vibrations, thus making everyone to experience these vibrations.
Positivity paves way for you to merge into God. God is nothing but a force of infinite positive vibrations. To surrender to Him, we need to possess a certain amount of positivity with us. We need to eliminate all the negative thoughts in our mind and make it to focus only on God. We need to train our mind to leave worldly possessions and catch hold of spiritual possessions. Once the mind catches hold of spiritual possessions, you will slowly surrender all your actions to God and dedicate your life completely to Him.
When you surrender to God completely and dedicate your life to Him, He will take care of you in every possible way before you even open up about your problems to Him!
